It had reached a point where the ratings were just not improving, he says, and after being in business for a bunch of years, the license fee, while not anywhere near the WWE or the UFC, was cost prohibitive. At some point, we ran the math and it was like, the ratings don't match the price. Furthermore, we still didn't have any kind of robust advertising revenue.
