Рассказываю про кино. Фильм 2023 года — Идеальные дни. Главный герой — цельный и самодостаточный человек. Свой век он коротает, довольствуясь простыми радостями: фотографирует деревья, читает книги, а в его рабочем фургоне с кассет звучат Rolling Stones. Он добродушен и спокоен. Его ремесло — убирать туалеты в Токио, и делает он это с душой и достоинством. Это мягкая философская притча о внимании к жизни, о способности находить смысл в самых обычных днях. Фильм неторопливый, но из него можно вынести немало полезного.

Самоисследование невозможно без изучения механики привычек, привычка не вторая, а первая наша натура. Помню времена, когда чья-то фраза могла сделать меня мрачным на долгое время, я уходил в себя, потому что думал, что эта фраза напрямую относится ко мне, это уязвляло меня, отравляло.. .. и это было привычкой. Я не понимал, что между этой произнесенной фразой (триггер) и моей автоматической неосмысленной реакцией на нее (действие), можно сделать выбор в свою пользу, отреагировать иначе и иметь в итоге — другое следствие этой цепочки — другой р е з у л ь т а т. Почему одни привычки укореняются на годы, а другие исчезают за неделю? В этом выпуске разбираю простую схему, которая когда-то перевернула мое представление о привычках: триггер → действие → результат.
