<p>DM me for a chitchat: @pollypollockofficial </p><p>Work w/ me: www.neuropreneurrising.com/nfsa</p><p><br></p><p>Why do we treat fear like something we need to fix, hack, or eliminate in order to succeed in business?</p><p>In this episode, I challenge the growing narrative in the coaching and online business space that says you can “rewire your nervous system” or “hack your brain” into never feeling fear again. </p><p>Especially in ADHD and entrepreneurship spaces, this pressure to constantly optimise yourself can create more shame, burnout, and disconnection.</p><p>I share my own experience of getting stuck in cycles of constant self-work, spiritual bypassing, and trying to avoid uncomfortable emotions, and how stepping away from that mindset actually supported my confidence and business growth.</p><p>We explore why fear isn’t a flaw, why emotional discomfort is often a normal part of expansion, and how constantly trying to “fix yourself” in business can keep you stuck instead of moving forward.</p>
