In this first episode of NeuroQueer Connections (former Entre Eux Deux), we delve into the crucial topic of creating a trans-affirmative mental health care system. As someone who has often found themselves outside the norms, Noémie decided to focus their practice on people who are targeted by marginalization, with an intersectional feminist, trauma-informed and cultural-sensitive approach. Creator of the Neuroqueer Connections podcast, Noémie discusses queerness, neurodiversity, gender, sexuality and mental health, aiming to break taboos and promote understanding and acceptance of human diversity.

References:

WPATH, World Professional Association for Transgender Health https://www.wpath.org/

QueerMed, Queer-friendly Practictioners in Germany (in German) https://queermed-deutschland.de/

Gender Euphoria: Stories of joy from trans, non-binary and intersex writers, Laura Kate Dale

Hosted on Acast.

CREDITS :

Ecriture, production et réalisation : Noémie GMÜR

Mixage : Alice KRIEF

Intro : Therefore I Am - Billie Ellish

Ambiances : Odezenne - Gomez - O.V.N.I. - INSTRU, Pop Porn (Bagarre Remix) - Venus VNR, Plaisir de France & Barbara Carlotti En Mono Comme Ca Instrumental

Générique : Version instrumentale de "Herbes Mauves" de PLAISIR DE FRANCE & Barbara Carlotti

Illustration : Calypso Redor

Hosted on Acast.
