NeuroVipassana™ brings together ancient wisdom, modern neuroscience, and spirituality to turn awareness into a way of living: not just understanding transformation, but embodying it in everyday life.
I’m David Rodríguez, creator of the method. Here I share real experiences, neuroscience explained simply, meditations, practical tools, and emotional slaps with love to challenge excuses, break patterns, regulate your nervous system, and live with greater awareness.
NeuroVipassana™ is a human transformation movement in service of world peace.
Anapana Micro Meditation — Return to the Present Moment
Anapana is a nasal-breath awareness practice used in Vipassana retreats to train attention and reconnect with the present moment.
In this 11-minute guided micro meditation, you’ll observe the natural breath as it moves in and out through the nose, helping you step out of overthinking, reconnect with the present, and create a pause when you feel stressed, anxious, or mentally overwhelmed.
Ideal for moments when you don’t have much time but want a quick regulation practice and a way to come back to yourself.
The breath is always happening now. Returning to it is returning to the present.

Why Do You Feel Worse After Spending an Hour on Your Phone?
You opened your phone for five minutes.
An hour later, you’ve seen news, arguments, perfect bodies, million-dollar businesses, tragedies, and the edited lives of twenty different people.
Attention is a powerful resource.
In this episode, I talk about how what we repeatedly give our attention to can influence what we think, feel, and expect.
Emotional Slap:
You protect your bank password better than you protect access to your mind.
Today’s Action:
After spending time on social media, ask:
How does my body feel?
How does my mind feel?
Then reduce or remove one source that takes away your clarity without increasing your ability to act.
Your attention is training your mind every day.
Choose consciously where you place it.

Why Does Your Mind Always Imagine the Worst?
A meeting suddenly appears on your calendar.
A message sounds different.
A small sensation appears in your body.
And your mind immediately jumps to the worst-case scenario.
In this episode, I share four simple NeuroVipassana™ states:
Survival: I’m reacting.
Awareness: I’m noticing.
Regulation: I’m coming back.
Creation: Now I can choose.
Emotional Slap:
You can’t create a different life if you spend all your time defending yourself from dangers that still only exist in your imagination.
Today’s Action:
Ask:
What is actually happening right now?
Name three present facts. Breathe. Then choose one action based on facts instead of every possible scenario.
Survival asks: “What could go wrong?”
Creation also asks: “What can I do now?”
