Here's the deal, New Heights Church cares about one thing more than anything else, Jesus Christ. New Heights Church is a family of individuals that have found hope in Jesus, and simply want as many people as possible to experience that same freedom. Listen as our Lead Pastor, Justin Hansen and our pastoral team, teach the bible verse by verse. Check us out at newheightsohio.com
Pastor Justin Hansen continues in our Christmas series, Advent. Galatians 4:4-7 is that God's love came down in the person of Jesus to redeem us and adopt us as His children. In the fullness of time, God sent His Son to rescue us from sin and bring us into His family, not as slaves, but as beloved sons and daughters. This incredible act of love is not just a distant event in history, but a present reality, made real in our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who enables us to cry out, “Abba, Father!” Advent is a reminder that God's love is personal, transformative, and eternally secure for all who receive it.

The Joy of Advent
Pastor Justin Hansen continues in our Advent series. God's joy breaks into our ordinary world in surprising ways, even when we least expect it. Just like John leaped with excitement before he was even born, God can fill our hearts with unexpected hope and happiness. This passage shows that true joy isn't about perfect circumstances, but about recognizing God's amazing work in our lives. When we're open to God's presence, we can experience a deep, life-changing joy that goes beyond what the world typically offers.

The Peace of Advent
Pastor Justin Hansen continues in our Advent series. Isaiah 9:6 presents a powerful prophecy about the coming Messiah, who is described as the Prince of Peace. This peace is not just the absence of conflict, but a deep, holistic peace that restores our relationship with God and brings wholeness to all creation. In the Advent season, we celebrate the promise that Jesus, as the Prince of Peace, came to reconcile us to God, heal brokenness, and offer lasting peace in our hearts, homes, and the world. Advent reminds us that true peace begins with Jesus, and it is through Him that we experience peace with God, peace within, and peace with others.
