It is such a personal subject, it is an experience that is widely different for everyone, and I am very grateful for Chase for being so open about it. </p> <p>She tells us how having a support system is crucial in making the process easier, whether it is therapy, friends, family, or spiritual. Ideas that bring guilt to women who try to keep growing as an individual even after having children. </p> <p>We go back to how difficult it is to juggle all the relationships in our lives with so little time to give.
