Hello everyone! My name is Bryce Czarnetzki, we explore how to gain confidence and patience, and bring you tips on what to eat and drink. Join me as we go along this journey of change, as I dive into the benefits of being in the gym and finding time to do so. Whether you’re a college kid or a grown adult this podcast is here to give you tips on how to start this process. As a college kid myself who once played college football at Wartburg College for 2 years then transferred to UNI due to injury concerns I’ve experienced low confidence in almost every aspect, I’ve watched videos on how to be better and felt like nothing was working. My journey from being a big kid growing up to still being a big person, I’ve always wanted to lose weight and make my body look better. But patience has taught me to be more consistent and results will come later. I understand losing confidence as well as motivation because I’ve been there! This led me to want to share with people who are struggling with what I was struggling with. Now I want to share how we can be better and every day trying to be a step better. This is the only podcast blending real college life with fitness, from students who are figuring it out in real-time. No gurus, and no joking just raw, relatable stories, tips, and motivation from people juggling classes, exams, and workouts.
