[PROCLAIM26 E04] “Commissioned: Two by Two" by Ap. Russell Toohey
Apostle Russell Toohey closes PROCLAIM 2026 with the commissioning service. Drawing on David Livingstone, Moses commissioning Joshua and the making of a commissioned officer, he teaches that a commission received alone is often never fulfilled, which is why Jesus sent the twelve out two by two. The session moves through what we must be decommissioned from, seven points of commission for the year ahead, and closes with the whole house standing to make the commissioning declaration.

[The King Is Coming E01] "The Bride and Groom" by Ap Russell Toohey
Christ's return is a wedding! In the new series opener, “The King Is Coming, Apostle Russell Toohey reads the second coming through the ancient Jewish marriage custom — the covenant contract, the bride-price, the groom departing to prepare a place, and the bride living in constant readiness for his sudden return.
Each element finds its echo in Christ: the price paid in His blood, the room prepared in the Father's house (John 14), and the call to keep ourselves pure and watchful. But the message holds both sides together — the joy of the bridegroom and the terror of the Day of the Lord for the unready. A sobering, urgent summons to be prepared.

[PROCLAIM26 E03] “The Time Has Come" by Marlon Parker
Marlon Parker, founder of RLabs, tells the story behind a global social enterprise that began on the Cape Flats with one young man coming off drugs and gangs. From being called a mistake and growing up fatherless, to meeting Christ in an upper room, to re-digging the wells of his spiritual father Apostle Roger Peterson, his testimony presses one point home: Jesus proclaimed the kingdom in the wrong season and the wrong place, which means the time has come for the most unlikely people in the most unlikely places.
