Luna appeared in front of the commission to discuss the highly controversial topic of Deputy gangs within his department.LAPD Chief Michel Moore is in Glendale Arizona this weekend to address members of the <strong>Los Angeles Dodgers</strong> organization in a think outside of the box to recruit candidates amid a historical staffing crisis.Newsbeat LA spoke with retired LAPD Detective Moses Castillo who told us LAPD has had a tough time recruiting given the current anti-law enforcement environment.
