Secondo Eurostat l’Italia è il Paese europeo con più NEET, ragazzi <i>Not in Employment, Education or Training”</i>, il 25%, 1 su 4 nella fascia 15-34 anni.<br /><br />Il fenomeno dei NEET è una delle più gravi emergenze che riguardano i giovani – con la povertà educativa che questo comporta in molte regioni del Paese - eppure le aziende lamentano di non riuscire a trovare candidati specializzati.<br /><br />Il mondo economico e produttivo cerca profili STEM ma quelli che escono dalle scuole di specializzazione e dalle facoltà universitarie non sono sufficienti. Inoltre, oggi appaiono sempre più testimonianze di ragazzi che pensano al lavoro futuro in termini aspirazionali, che guardano ai valori e all’etica, a prescindere da elementi una volta ritenuti fondamentali come la carriera e la retribuzione.<br /><br />Trovare il lavoro che rende felici, magari nell’arte e nella creatività, può essere una risposta alla fuga dei cervelli? Come si spiega questo trend?
