Sabbatical Leave: Keputusan Nekad Ambil Cuti Terpanjang
<p>Yeay! Akhirnya ngoceh lagi. Dan, sekarang Ngoceh Brand hadir juga di <a href="https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCD9roT9LpXxI0h_aGDiSMnw">Youtube</a>.</p><p><br></p><p>Di episode pertama ini aku ngocehin soal keputusan nekad yang aku ambil: sabbatical leave.Sabbatical leave itu bukan liburan biasa. Ini soal mengambil jeda panjang dari semua aktivitas yang menghasilkan uang dan mengisinya dengan hal-hal yang selama ini tertunda secara sadar dan intensional. Ada banyak cara mengisi sabbatical leave: kerja sosial, traveling, ibadah, sampai riset dan ilmu pengetahuan.</p><p><br></p><p>Aku cerita pilihan mana yang aku ambil, gimana aku mempersiapkannya, dan benefit apa yang aku rasain setelahnya menjalaninya hampir 2 tahun ini. Tapi yang paling menarik buat aku, kalau dijalani dengan sadar, sabbatical leave bisa jadi perjalanan menemukan diri. ya, seringkali dimulai dari memahami "what you are not."</p><p><br></p><p>Episode ini jadi semacam prolog dari seri ocehan aku lainnya seputar entrepreneurship, business, brand, & strategy.</p><p><br></p><p>Stay tuned!</p>
