Sometimes we are so guarded that we put up walls that will not allow others to get in. <p>In season 4, episode 7, I encourage us to build our trust muscle. We will go through things in life that test that muscle or that can stunt that muscle. Sometimes it is abandonment issues and people who were not there for us in the past, so we have built up a wall of protection to avoid getting hurt again. In this episode, I talk about trusting God and also using discernment to let down our guards to trust those people who have good intentions towards us.
