Surprise! It's been many months but I'm back with another episode of Nice Minds! My friend Kev (who I've had on "Nice Minds" a couple times previously) requested I come out of hiatus and do an episode with him so I had to do it for my guy. We sat down last month and had a great conversation! Forgive me for my extended absence but I've been taking care of a lot of necessities and haven't had a ton of time for my passions such as this podcast but I hope to bring it back fully in the new year.   In this episode I'm joined once again by my friend Kevin Loesch AKA KevLoe. Kev is an artist manager, tour manager, podcaster, musician, and music biz wiz. I plan on being back in late spring or early summer though!    This episode is with my friend Nate Anderson. I've known Nate for about a decade. As a huge supporter of the local twin cities music scene and a musician/creative himself, Nate has always been someone who's been really supportive over the years and incredibly smart dude who I wanted to talk to and get to know a little more on this podcast.   In this episode we discuss a wide array of topics. We discuss how we know each other, the local twin cities hip-hop scene, his experience in a punk band, his experience as a therapist, his experience with doing podcasts, our own struggles with mental health, pandemic setbacks, struggling with work/life/creativity balance, his love for vinyl, and his ideas for a future podcast.
