Czy w ogóle mamy aktualnie w Polsce sąd konstytucyjny? Omawiamy zarzuty, które wysuwane są pod adresem trybunału, który bada zgodność prawa... z prawem.</p>

1.2 - Krajowa Rada Sądownictwa - co to jest i dlaczego w ogóle powinno mnie to obchodzić?
<p>Już sama nazwa "Krajowej Rady Sądownictwa" brzmi... strasznie. Strasznie nudno. Nic więc dziwnego, że w dużej mierze społeczeństwo nie ekscytuje się na co dzień jej pracami - co więcej, nikogo nie powinno zaskakiwać, że są pewnie i tacy, którzy o Radzie nigdy nie słyszeli, albo nie potrafią za wiele powiedzieć. Problemy mogą pojawić się wtedy, kiedy komuś przyjdzie do głowy tę niewiedzę wykorzystać. Bo kombinacje przy Radzie, w połączeniu z przejęciem kontroli nad prokuraturą, to już tylko krok od ręcznego sterowania wymiarem sprawiedliwości. Czy aktualna droga dojścia do urzędu jest skażona? Zdania są podzielone, więc proponujemy sobie wyrobić własne. Zapraszamy do wysłuchania odcinka od KRS - chociaż sami zdajemy sobie sprawę z tego, że nie brzmi to bardzo zachęcająco.</p>
