We find ourselves in a space and time where only the strongest survive. Tune-In as B. Nia, sole proprietor of Darryl’s Corner Bar and Kitchen, operates a particularly iconic restaurant and bar with a legacy that dates back to 1957 when it was known as Bob The Chef’s. Having been introduced to the restaurant hospitality industry over 20 years ago, it was fate that allowed this homegrown cook and live entertainment producer the ability to meld her passions in an environment that promotes what she loves most - friends, food, and music. </p> <p> Eddy Firmin: Seasoned hospitality veteran, Eddy Firmin, has been in the business for over 20 years. Eddy operates the only black-owned lounge in the city of Boston, Savvor Lounge which caters to a diverse urban audience with class and Caribbean flair. Eddy first made his mark in the nightlife industry as the co-owner and GM of Blue Wave Lounge. LGBTQ+ EXPERIENCE BEYOND THE FLAG

Joining in the conversation: Keanna McLeod, owner of Keanna Couture and Island Girl Entertainment. Keanna has been involved in many social settings of the LGBTQ+ community and hosts events that focus on inclusivity and bringing people together. Nicholas McCaskill an LGBTQ+ advocate and current psychology student at UMass Boston, Nich uses his psychological framework, community education, and organizing experience, to advocate for equity for the LGBTQ+ community, especially those of color and who are marginalized in different domains. Natalie Kerr, Born in Nottingham England, Raised in Fort Lauderdale,FL Natalie Kerr is the co owner of Island girl entertainment. Natalie is an active member in many groups within the LGBTQ+ community and strives to help make sure the voices of her community are heard.</p>
