People in the lower income, at the lower end of the income spectrum, so poor people, are subsidising the benefits that better off people get when they use their credit card, when you ban surcharges. So there's that. But it's small businesses at the front line of this because the big businesses, Coles, Woolies, Bunnings, they have their own separate deals with the banks to accept card payments.
