Cannabis Equipment News Interview

Cannabis Equipment News recently sat down with our CEO to ask her some in-depth questions about High Maintenance, and how we operate being a niche business in a rapidly developing industry. As Bella states, we are proud trichome preservers - not just trimmers or processors - and having us as the "extra hands" for a cannabis business can really bring the company to its full potential. Thanks for having us CEN - make sure to check them out for awesome insider material for all things industry related. www.cannabisequipmentnews.com

You’ve Been Caught - Jan 2021

At High Maintenance, we have an employee recognition program called “You’ve Been Caught” where we acknowledge recent compliments and success stories about our team members. ✂️ This month, we caught Kameisha & Angela being recognized by a coworker for improving their trim numbers and being all around awesome people to work with.✂️ Both of them started in the industry in 2020 during COVID and had never trimmed or worked hands-on with cannabis before. Now, they’re trimming 1.5-3+ pounds a day and producing high quality trim, which means they’re requested often by clients. They were given some new chikamasas to congratulate them on their improvement!
