Mosaic Christian Fellowship exists to be a community that responds to the grace of God in worship, nurture and missions. We believe all churches are called to the worship of the True and Living God, the nurture of His people and the mission to finish the Great Commission.
“Perfect Confidence from Perfect Love” By Pastor Dave Park
In 1 John 4:17-21, John says that God’s love gives believers confidence, not fear, when they think about the day Jesus returns to judge the world. On that day everyone will be judged by what they have done. Our works don’t save us; only faith in Jesus does. But real faith always shows itself in a changed life, the way a healthy tree is known by its fruit. John names that fruit in one word: love, the kind that keeps flowing to others even when they hurt us, because it comes from God and not from us. This love can’t be produced by fear or shame. It grows only as we return to its source and believe how much God loves us in Jesus. When that love fills us and spills over to others, fear of judgment is driven out, and we can face the last day the way Jesus faced going home to his Father.

“Confident in the Spirit” By Pastor Patrick Chi
In 1 John 4:1–6, John calls believers to test every spirit and exercise discernment because not everything that sounds true or spiritual comes from God. We must be rooted in Scripture and depend on the Holy Spirit to recognize falsehood, especially teachings that distort who Jesus truly is, because the Jesus we believe in will become the Jesus we follow. But discernment isn't meant to make us fearful, it's meant to make us faithful. We can live confident, Spirit-empowered lives every single day, not because of our own abilities, but because He who lives in us is greater than he who is in the world.

In 1 John 3:19-24, John speaks to the believer who's failing every test in the letter and whose own heart won't let up, and tells him that God is greater than his heart and knows everything, including the sin he's crying over right now, and then gets that same believer up off the floor into a life of confidence, answered prayer, and obedience that actually pleases God.
