Ebola in Nigeria: What to Know After the Confirmed Abuja Case | Breakfast Diary
Nigeria has confirmed a case of Bundibugyo Ebola in Abuja, involving a woman with recent travel history to Uganda. She is in isolation, and 44 contacts are being monitored.
In this episode ofΒ Breakfast Diary, we separate facts from rumours. How does Ebola spread? What symptoms should you watch for, and is every fever or headache a cause for alarm? What should you do if you think you've been exposed? We also look at how Nigeria's response compares with 2014, and how to stay cautious without panic or stigma. For official guidance, contact the NCDC on 6232.

Archbishop Ibezim Suspension: Should Church Disputes Go to Court? | Breakfast Diary
The Primate of the Church of Nigeria, Most Rev. Henry Ndukuba, has directed Archbishop Alexander Ibezim of Awka Diocese to proceed on six months' leave while allegations over a church land sale are investigated. Ibezim has challenged the process at the Anambra State High Court, and the Awka Diocesan Board has rejected the directive and threatened to withdraw from the Church of Nigeria.
The allegations are unproven, and the matter is before the court.
In this episode of Breakfast Diary, we step back from who is right or wrong and ask where church authority ends and the law begins.
Should internal church disputes be settled in secular courts? What does 1st Corinthians 6 say about believers taking disputes to court? Where is the line between doctrine and constitutional or property matters? And what would an independent Awka Diocese mean for clergy, congregations and church property?

The Days of Your Youth: Lessons from King Josiah | Praise Zone
Josiah became king at eight and began seeking God at sixteen. He didn't wait until he was older to take God seriously, and he didn't treat his youth as a rehearsal for the "real" life.
In this episode of Praise Zone, we look at 2nd Chronicles 34: why you shouldn't postpone your relationship with God, how the habits you build now shape who you become, and why a heart that responds to God's Word matters more than looking religious. "Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth."
