"You Dumped Me Over Email" w/ Michelle Murphy

Michelle Murphy comes on to talk about the ex that made her swear off dating for 10 years and bonus story at the top about a workplace she had to go no contact with (she refused to sign the NDA and we love that for us). We discuss how her ex broke up with her over email, how spiritually bypassing white dudes get into meditation after breakups, I probably dish too much about my ex giving his mom my phone number to yell at me, and Michelle teaches us how to go from anxiously attached to avoidant.
