Time to confess: Lene ist SOKO-Leipzig Fan von Kindesbeinen an. Gewalt gegen Frauen ist inzwischen auch in der Drehbuchredaktion angekommen und hat recht prominent in der letzten Staffel Platz gefunden. Carla hat sich überreden lassen und einen Abend mit Lene vorm Fernseher verbracht. In einer Spezialfolge zum Staffelfinale hört ihr, wie das ZDF Bilder von Gewalt gegen Frauen zeichnet und natürlich wie redlich und ambitioniert Ina Zimmerman und ihr Team ermitteln. Viel Spaß! s1 e5 Als Laie vor Gericht
Carla hat einen Prozess beobachtet, in dem so einiges drunter und drüber und vor allem an der Gewaltbetroffenen vorbei ging. In Prozesslogik ist zumindest letzteres nicht weiter verwunderlich, schließlich ist sie ja "nur" eine Zeugin, ein Beweismittel wie jedes anderes. Der Prozess zeigt aber, wie wichtig es ist, Zeug*innen, insbesondere diejenigen, die von der Gewalt direkt oder indirekt betroffen sind, einzubinden und vor allem aufzuklären. Abläufe, Gegebenheiten und Vokabular, die für die beruflich am Prozess Beteiligten Alltag sind, sind für die Betroffenen Teil der Ausnahmesituation und führen teilweise zu viel Aufregung und Verunsicherung, die durch Aufklärung vermieden werden könnten.
