🎙️ Episode 10 — The Woman I’m Becoming
Season 1 Finale | No More Trauma: Becoming Her Series Season 1 comes to a close with a conversation about what it really means to heal, grow, and become. In this finale, Alexis reflects on the journey of creating No More Trauma: Becoming Her Series while still living through the very things she’s learning to navigate. From understanding trauma and recognizing patterns to taking accountability, setting boundaries, forgiving yourself, and learning to trust who you’re becoming—this episode is about recognizing that you are not the same person who started the journey. Because understanding your trauma is only the beginning. Healing isn’t about becoming someone who never gets hurt. It’s about becoming someone who knows what to do when hurt happens. Alexis also shares what she’s choosing to leave behind, what she wants to carry into her next chapter, and why she no longer wants her life to be centered around simply surviving. She wants to live—to love, create, build, dream, pursue financial stability, grow her business, experience peace, and become the person she prayed for. And then comes the question that carries us into Season 2: Who are you becoming? You don’t have to be perfect. You don’t have to have the entire blueprint. You don’t have to hate who you used to be. You can grow slowly, honestly, and intentionally—one decision at a time. Season 1 may be ending, but the becoming isn’t. This isn’t goodbye. It’s just see you in Season 2. 🤎👑 🎙️ No More Trauma: Becoming Her Series Hosted by Alexis Reflection Question: Who are you becoming—and what does that version of you need from you right now?

Episode 9 — Loving Yourself Through the Process
What if you stopped waiting to become a “better” version of yourself before allowing yourself to be loved? In this episode of No More Trauma: Becoming Her Series, we’re having an honest conversation about what it really means to love yourself while you’re still becoming. We talk about self-compassion, accountability without humiliation, giving yourself grace, recognizing quiet progress, and the way your inner dialogue can either support your healing or keep you at war with yourself. Because growth doesn’t always look like a major transformation. Sometimes it looks like responding differently. Setting a boundary. Resting without guilt. Choosing yourself. Catching an old pattern before you repeat it. Getting back up after you said you were done. We also get into the uncomfortable side of becoming—the moments when setting boundaries feels wrong, familiar doesn’t necessarily mean healthy, and faith requires trusting God with the next step instead of demanding the entire blueprint. And ultimately, we sit with one question: What would change if you spoke to yourself like someone you were madly in love with? You don’t have to wait until you’re healed. You don’t have to wait until you’ve figured everything out. You don’t have to wait until you become someone else. You can love yourself here. Right here. In the middle. This is Episode 9 of Season One. We’re getting close to the end—and this conversation is a reminder that becoming her doesn’t mean abandoning who you are today. Take the question with you this week. Sit with it. Write about it. And see what it reveals. 🎙️ No More Trauma: Becoming Her Series Season 1, Episode 9 — Loving Yourself Through the Process

Episode 8: Healing While Building
What if you’ve been waiting to become a “better” version of yourself before allowing yourself to pursue the life you’ve been dreaming about? In this episode of No More Trauma: Becoming Her Series, we’re talking about the pressure to have everything figured out before we begin. From healing and self-doubt to growth and new beginnings, this conversation is a reminder that you don’t have to wait until you feel perfectly ready to take the next step. Together, we’ll explore why so many of us put our lives on hold while chasing an unrealistic version of perfection, how healing and building can happen at the same time, and why becoming isn’t about arriving—it’s about continuing to show up, one intentional step at a time. If you’ve been feeling stuck, questioning yourself, or wondering if now is the right time to begin, I hope this conversation reminds you that progress is built through small, consistent steps—not perfect ones. In this episode, we talk about: Why waiting to feel “ready” can keep us stuck Healing while building your future Moving forward despite fear and uncertainty Letting go of perfectionism Becoming the person you’re growing into Trusting the process, even when progress feels slow This Week’s Reflection Question What part of your life have you been putting on hold while waiting to become a “better” version of yourself? Weekly Challenge Choose one thing you’ve been postponing and take one intentional step toward it this week. Don’t focus on perfection—focus on showing up.

Episode 7: Soft Power
What does being powerful really mean? For many of us, strength has been defined by being the loudest voice in the room, always staying in control, or never letting anyone see us struggle. But what if true power looks different? In this episode, we’re exploring the idea of soft power—the quiet confidence that comes from self-respect, emotional maturity, healthy boundaries, and leading your life with intention. Together, we’ll reflect on how our past shapes our definition of strength, why survival habits aren’t always meant to last forever, and how choosing peace doesn’t make you weak. Whether you’re learning to trust yourself again, navigating your healing journey, or simply trying to become a healthier version of yourself, this conversation is an invitation to redefine what strength means on your own terms. In this episode, we’ll discuss: • Redefining what power and strength look like • The difference between surviving and healing • Why softness is not the same as weakness • Self-respect, boundaries, and emotional maturity • Choosing intentional responses over automatic reactions • Leading yourself with confidence and purpose Reflection Question: What does being powerful mean to you? I’d love to hear your thoughts and your story. 📧 Email: nomoretrauma25@gmail.com 📱 Instagram & TikTok: @nomoretrauma25 If this episode encouraged you, consider sharing it with someone who may need this conversation. Episode 6: Confidence Is Built, Not Found
Confidence isn’t something you wake up with one day—it’s something you build through the promises you keep to yourself. In this episode of No More Trauma: Becoming Her Series, we’re talking about the difference between confidence and self-esteem, why self-trust matters, how fear can keep us stuck, and why celebrating the small wins is an essential part of healing. If you’ve been waiting until you feel “ready” to pursue your goals, this conversation is your reminder that confidence doesn’t come before the first step—it grows because you took it. Healing isn’t about becoming perfect. It’s about becoming the woman God created you to be, one decision at a time.

🎙️ Episode 5: Becoming Her Requires Boundaries
What if the boundaries you’ve been afraid to set are actually the key to becoming the person you’re praying to be? In this week’s episode of No More Trauma: Becoming Her Series, I’m sharing what I’ve been learning about boundaries—not as walls that push people away, but as an act of self-respect, healing, and growth. For so long, I believed that always being available made me a good person. But somewhere along the way, I realized I was pouring into everyone else while leaving very little for myself. This conversation is an honest reflection on people-pleasing, protecting your peace, learning to receive support, celebrating small victories, and giving yourself permission to choose the life you’re building. If you’ve ever struggled with saying “no,” felt guilty for putting yourself first, or wondered why you’re constantly emotionally exhausted, this episode is for you. In this episode, we’ll talk about: ✨ Why boundaries are really about saying yes to yourself. ✨ The difference between resting and truly recovering. ✨ Why protecting your peace isn’t selfish—it’s necessary. ✨ Learning to celebrate progress instead of waiting for perfection. ✨ How healthy boundaries create space for healthier relationships. ✨ The three questions that challenged me to look at my own healing differently. Journal Reflection: * Where am I giving away my peace? * What boundary have I been afraid to set? * What version of me is waiting on the other side of that boundary? Remember… Becoming her isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about protecting the person you’re already becoming. If today’s conversation resonates with you, I’d love to hear your story. Episode 4: Healing Isn’t Linear
Some weeks don’t fall apart. Some weeks just feel… heavy. In this episode of No More Trauma: Becoming Her Series, I share a conversation that began in my Becoming Her journal after I caught myself believing that feeling tired, overwhelmed, and discouraged meant I wasn’t making progress. What I discovered instead was something I think many of us need to hear: Healing isn’t linear. Together, we’ll explore the difference between temporary feelings and permanent beliefs, the conversations we have with ourselves, and why growth often happens in the quiet moments no one else sees. If you’ve ever questioned whether you’re really healing because you’ve had a hard day, a hard week, or even a hard season, this episode is for you. Remember: A setback doesn’t erase your progress. A hard day doesn’t erase your healing. Sometimes the greatest evidence of growth isn’t that life gets easier—it’s that you’ve learned to respond differently. Reflection Question What lesson keeps showing up in your life? Take some time this week to journal about it, pray about it, and sit with it. You may be surprised by what it’s trying to teach you. ⸻ 🎙️ Connect with me 📧 nomoretrauma25@gmail.com Follow along on Instagram and TikTok for more healing conversations, journal reflections, and behind-the-scenes moments from No More Trauma: Becoming Her Series. ⸻ ✨ Keep healing. Episode 3: Becoming Before Arriving
What if becoming doesn’t happen after you arrive? In this episode of No More Trauma: Becoming Her Series, Alexis shares a personal reflection inspired by her Becoming Her journal and explores what it truly means to grow before reaching the destination. Together, we’ll talk about: * Why we often put our growth on hold while waiting for the “right” moment. * The habits that protect our peace. * What we need to leave behind to become the person we’re meant to be. * How small, intentional decisions shape our future long before success becomes visible. Whether you’re rebuilding after heartbreak, chasing a dream, healing from past experiences, or simply trying to become a better version of yourself, this conversation is a reminder that growth isn’t a destination—it’s a daily decision. ✨ Remember: You don’t have to arrive before you become. In this episode, Alexis reflects on recent journal prompts from her Becoming Her Journal and shares what she’s been learning about grace, healing, self-care, and navigating seasons of uncertainty. Episode 1: You’re Not Starting Over, You’re Returning to Yourself
Welcome to the very first episode of No More Trauma: The Becoming Her Series. In this episode, I’m sharing why I decided to bring the podcast back, what this new season of life looks like, and why healing isn’t something we finish—it’s something we choose over and over again. Today also marks a personal milestone as I officially launched the K’Dria’s Kollectives website, a reminder that growth doesn’t always happen in giant leaps. Sometimes growth looks like finishing what you started and having the courage to press publish. This season, I’ll be working through Becoming Her: A 90 Day Glow Up Journal created by my cousin, Marsha Wright. Together, we’ll explore healing, confidence, self-respect, boundaries, entrepreneurship, relationships, soft power, and the journey of becoming more of ourselves. If you’ve ever felt like you’re behind, starting over, or trying to find your way back to yourself, this episode is for you. Because maybe you’re not starting over. Maybe you’re simply returning to yourself. ✨ Follow the podcast and join me each week as we grow, heal, and become her—together.
