In this episode, I talk honestly about losing my sense of connection—to joy, creativity, physical movement, emotional release—and what it means to rebuild when those things disappear. About asking, What else can I do for myself? and How do I reconnect when I don’t recognize myself anymore?
This season finale is about starting over. About making art again when you feel like you’ve forgotten how. About being a beginner again. About facing the quiet terror of admitting, “I don’t know who I am. I don’t know what makes me happy.”
