Hoy desde el Hotel Puente Colgante de Portugalete charlaremos con Zuriñe García García. Zuriñe ha defendido la estrella Michelin durante 12 años en el restaurante Andra Mari de Galdacano siendo una de las pocas cocineras en defender, el tan preciado galardón. Colgó la chaquetilla agotada para descansar y duro 15 días. En estos momentos dirige un bonito proyecto con su firma en el hotel puente colgante de Portugalete. Hablamos de su trayectoria, del peso de defender una estrella heredada y de su momento actual.
