With a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and nearly 20 years of experience working with all age groups in a variety of contacts, I have had the privilege of seeing the beauty and messiness of life. Nobel Ruins was born out of the desire to explore the idea that we have all been “Created to Thrive”, and to process the experiences that seem to contradict that. We will explore a variety of topics as we seek to understand how they connect to who we are and how we thrive.

<p>Mental Health can be a taboo topic to discuss in some circles, and yet we do ourselves a disservice when we do not engage it. It is a part of ALL of our lives impacting some greater than others and understanding the range that mental health can fall along is important when thinking through it for ourselves and those we come into contact with. </p> <p>- Short and sweet but not exhaustive I hope you gain a greater knowledge and appreciation of what mental health is. </p>
