Chris Derickson (Chief - Westbank First Nation/Entrepreneur)
<p>Chris is the son of Raymond and Carol Derickson, and the grandson of the late Richard and Caroline Derickson, and the late Art Potts and Esther Potts of the Samson Cree Nation. He is married to Jordan Derickson and has a 20-year-old son Justin, who is currently working with the WFN Youth and Recreation Department.</p><br><p>Chris has been involved in the WFN community for the past 20 years. During that time he has worked with youth, served on boards and commissions and facilitated strategic planning retreats for Council and the Economic Development Commission. Chris also worked as the Community Planning Coordinator, from 2007 to 2011 and was instrumental in developing the plan and getting it adopted through WFN Law.</p><hr><p style='color:grey; font-size:0.75em;'> Hosted on Acast.
