Episode 13 (The Whole Bloody Affair): National Treasure/Book of Secrets

Our lucky 13th episode and 3rd installment in the Summer of Cage, is jam packed with Cagetastic goodness. In the 1st half we join Benjamin Franklin Gates as he steals the Declaration of Independence in an effort to decipher a centuries old mystery in hopes of uncovering the lost treasure of the the Free Mason's and in the process clear his family's good name, in John Turteltaub's action adventure film, National Treasure (2004). For our 2nd half we rejoin Benjamin Gates and his cohorts as they once again try to clear their families good name after it is sullied when Mitch (Ed Harris) claims that a member of their family planned the Lincoln assassination, in John Turteltaub's National Treasure sequel Book of Secrets (2007). But that's not all. It is our pleasure to have our very first ever special guest Petros Patsilivas, the creator and voice of Caged In Podcast, joins us as he explains his recent epic Kanye like Twitter rant, tells us what his favorite Nic Cage movie is, who his favorite Nic Cage character is and whom he'd Marry-Fuck-Kill between Red Miller, Castor Troy & Cameron Poe. This is some highbrow shit. Along the way we will also discuss the difference between American & British politics, how we feel about Nicolas Cage possibly playing Superman in DC's upcoming Flash film, if we think the real name of Nic's up coming horror film is Willy's or Wally's Wonderland and who our Nicolas Cage character is based on our zodiac sign.

Clips from:

Gone in 60 Seconds, WNYC, Team America World Police, Deadfall, The Offspring, KFC, Jimmy Kimmel Live, MSNBC, JoJo Rabbit, Breaking Bad, Kesha, Superman, Batman, The Dark Knight, Spiderman, Nightcrawler, National Treasure, Con Air, Face/Off, The O’Jays, Alanis Morissette, Yahoo!, GI Joe, Goonies, Indiana Jones & the Last Crusade, What The Fuck Broadway Musical, Star Wars The Force Awakens, Kill Bill Vol 2, Indiana Jones & the Raiders of the Lost Arc, Robot Chicken, Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, Rick & Morty, Drive, Bruce Springsteen, C&C Music Factory, Anchorman, MTV Music Awards, NSYNC, WWE, Surreal & Fox, Vampire’s Kiss, Color Out of Space, Joe, Stolen, National Treasure: Book of Secrets, The Rock, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, The Father of the Bride, Legends of the Hidden Temple, The Washington Post, The Sopranos, Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo, Community, Chris Jones, Snatch, The Professional, Parent Trap, Hans Zimmer, The Who & Lord of War.

Episode 13 (Volume 2): Book of Secrets

Most sequels, by Hollywood's standards, are pure shit. That however is not the case with at least this "kind of sequel" to last weeks 1st Volume of our 13th episode and 3rd edition of our Summer of Cage Series. For Volume 2 we rejoin Benjamin Gates and his cohorts as they try to clear their families good name after it is sullied when Mitch (Ed Harris) claims that a member of their family planned the Lincoln assassination, in John Turteltaub's National Treasure sequel Book of Secrets (2007). Along the way our 1st ever special guest, Caged In Podcast's very own Petros Patsilivas, joins us as he explains his recent epic Kanye like twitter rant. We'll find out what his favorite Nic Cage movie is, who his favorite Nic Cage character is and whom he'd Marry-Fuck-Kill between Red Miller, Castor Troy & Cameron Poe. Episode 13 (Volume 1): National Treasure

Our lucky 13th episode is so jam packed with Cagetastic goodness that we decided to pull a Tarantino and split that bitch into 2 Volumes. But that's not all. It is our pleasure to have our very first ever special guest Petros Patsilivas, the creator and voice of Caged In Podcast, join us as apart of the 3rd installment of our Summer of Cage Series. Along the way we also discuss the difference between American & British politics, how we feel about Nicolas Cage possibly playing Superman in DC's upcoming Flash film, if we think the real name of Nic's up coming horror film is Willy's or Wally's Wonderland and who our Nicolas Cage character is based on our zodiac sign.
