   2025 November Update

I’m here to drop some updates on what’s been going down with the podcast. So, starting November 2025, I’m gonna take a break for a bit. With the holiday rush hitting my regular job in the warehouse, it’s gonna be a hectic time, and I need to focus on that. I had some plans for a Halloween episode, but life kinda got in the way, ya know? Looking ahead, I’m calling what I’ve done so far season one and gearing up for season two, aiming for a more consistent drop schedule with two episodes a month. I’m also planning to spice things up with a new trailer and some fresh themes and tunes for the show, plus I’m on the lookout for some serious guests to bring on. Don’t forget to follow the podcast on social media for all the latest updates, and check out the merch store for some sweet deals! Richard Ramirez: The True Story of the Night Stalker(Part 2)

The chilling story of Richard Ramirez, infamously dubbed the Night Stalker, unfolds as we delve deep into his psyche and the gruesome details of his crimes. We explore how this notorious serial killer operated without a clear motive, unlike many of his counterparts who typically target specific demographics. Instead, Ramirez embraced an indiscriminate approach, attacking anyone who fell victim to his whims, which adds a layer of unpredictability to his terrifying legacy. This part of the episode picks up from our previous discussion, recapping the harrowing events that marked the beginning of his reign of terror. From his childhood marked by trauma and violence to the pivotal moments that shaped his malevolence, we dissect the influences that led him to become one of America's most feared criminals. We recount his early life, detailing the significant head injuries he suffered as a child, the abusive environment he was raised in, and the troubling mentorship of a Vietnam veteran cousin who instilled in him a fascination for violence and death. Each encounter with his victims reveals the brutality of his actions, leaving a wake of devastation that continues to haunt survivors and families of the deceased. Behind the Scenes: New Episodes and Big Changes(update)

I’m here to give you the lowdown on what’s happening with the podcast. Right now, I’m a bit behind on the newest episode thanks to working a ton of overtime and some tech issues with my old hosting platform. I’ve made the switch to Captivate, which is way better for indie podcasters like me, even if it doesn’t have its own listening platform like Podbean. I'm working on finishing up the current episode and planning to wrap up season one soon so I can dive into season two with a solid backlog. This way, I can drop more episodes each month and bring you even more stories, plus I’m looking to do interviews and hit the road to gather some cool insights for future episodes. An update on the podcast is long overdue, and I'm ready to spill the tea on what’s been happening. Lately, I've been juggling a ton of work, which has made it tricky to keep up with the latest episode. Overtime is no joke, and it’s taken a toll on my podcasting schedule. Plus, I hit a few snags with my old hosting platform, which was frustrating. Logging in felt like trying to crack a safe, and that just added to the delay. So, I decided it was time for a change and switched from Podbean to Captivate. The switch was kinda bittersweet. Captivate doesn’t have its own listening platform like Podbean, which is a bummer, but it offers a treasure trove of features designed for indie podcasters like yours truly. Whether it’s booking guests or doing some episode planning, Captivate has got my back. I’m excited about the promo and marketing tools, too, because I really want to grow this podcast and reach more folks. Looking ahead, I’m wrapping up the current episode and gearing up to crank out a few more. The goal is to finish up Season One strong and then dive headfirst into Season Two. I’m all about creating a backlog of episodes so I can stay ahead of the game and avoid the stress of falling behind. With this approach, I can focus on crafting better quality episodes, dive deep into the stories I want to tell, and if I play my cards right, I might even be able to drop multiple episodes each month. That would mean way more content for you, and I’m all about giving my listeners more stories to enjoy. Plus, I’m planning to spice things up with interviews and guest appearances. I want to get out there, visit some of the locations I’ll be discussing, and gather firsthand insights. It’s all about enriching the content and providing you with the best experience possible. If you’re vibing with the podcast, be sure to follow me on social media. You can catch me on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for all the latest updates and behind-the-scenes peeks. Oh, and don’t forget to hit that follow button on your listening platform, so you’re in the loop when new episodes drop. We’ve got new merch coming soon, and I appreciate each and every one of you for being part of this journey. Episode four is on the way, so stay tuned! Takeaways: The podcast is currently behind schedule due to personal overtime and technical issues. I've switched podcast hosting platforms from Podbean to Captivate for better features. Captivate offers tools for guest bookings, episode planning, and marketing support that I need. Future plans include finishing season one and preparing for season two with more episodes. I’m aiming to include interviews and trips to enhance my storytelling and research. Listeners can follow on social media for updates, and new merch designs are on the way.
