<p>En este primer episodio de <strong>Imperdibles</strong>, conducido y producido por <strong>Rafael Uzcátegui</strong> (@fanzinero), exploramos la historia de <strong>La Pestilencia</strong>, una banda colombiana que marcó un antes y un después en el hardcore punk latinoamericano. Fundada en <strong>1986</strong> en Bogotá por <strong>Dilson Díaz</strong> y <strong>Héctor Buitrago</strong> (posteriormente conocido por su trabajo en <strong>Aterciopelados</strong>), La Pestilencia no solo dejó huella en la escena punk, sino que también innovó al incorporar elementos del metal en su sonido. El episodio destaca la importancia de <strong>Mort-Discos</strong>, una tienda de discos clave para la escena musical independiente de la época, desde donde también se editó el primer álbum de la banda: <strong>“La Muerte… Un Compromiso de Todos”</strong> (1989). Este LP, hoy una pieza de colección casi imposible de conseguir, retrató el violento contexto colombiano de finales de los 80, abordando temas como el sicariato, la guerra y la corrupción. Además, analizamos <strong>“ Ciencia de la Autodestrucción”</strong>, una de las canciones emblemáticas de ese disco, donde La Pestilencia mostró su innovadora fusión de punk y metal con voces guturales y riffs agresivos, adelantándose a su tiempo.</p>
