<p>Normale Haut:</p><p>Normale Haut sieht aus wie die Haut eines kleinen Kindes. Sie ist glatt, ohne sichtbare Poren, mit homogener Pigmentierung und insgesamt gleichmäßigem Erscheinungsbild. </p><p>Fettige Haut:</p><p>Neigt zu vermehrter Sebumproduktion. Menschen mit fettiger Haut haben oft große, sichtbare Poren und neigen zu Akne. </p><p>Man erkennt fettige Haut an den großen Poren, dem glänzenden Erscheinungsbild, Komedonen (Mitessern, Blackheads). Die Haut ist meist dicker und hat weniger Falten.</p><p>Trockene Haut:</p><p>Patienten mit trockener Haut leiden oft an Erkrankungen des atopischen Formenkreises (z. B. Heuschnupfen, atopisches Ekzem, oft als Neurodermitis berkannt, oder Asthma). </p><p>Sie berichten häufig über Juckreiz und ein Spannungsgefühl. Auch rissige Lippen treten oft auf. Die Haut wirkt rau, zeigt feine Fältchen, gelegentliche Rötungen und feine Schuppung. Als ob die Haut gepeelt wäre. </p><p>Mischhaut (Kombination aus fettiger und trockener Haut):</p><p>Hier haben die Patienten eine fettige Haut in der sogenannten T-Zone: Stirn, Nase und Kinn. Der Grund ist die hohe Dichte und Aktivität der seborrhoischen Drüsen in diesen Arealen. </p><p>Dort sieht man oft große Poren, glänzende Haut, Rötungen und manchmal Schuppung. In den übrigen Gesichtspartien zeigt sich eher trockene und empfindliche Haut mit Neigung zu Rötungen, Juckreiz und Spannungsgefühl.</p><p>Empfindliche Haut:</p><p>Wirkt zunächst normal (kleine Poren, keine sichtbaren Hautveränderungen). Sie reagiert jedoch oft und schnell auf topische Produkte. </p><p>Außerdem reagieren Patienten mit empfindlicher Haut häufig schnell auf äußere Reize wie Wärme oder Kälte.</p>
