"It's Jack-ening all over again! " A fireside chat with the Jack Daniels Brand Ambassador Andy Tsai and co hosted with Gloucester Lane aka Jacob
Finally getting a sit down with the legend that graced us for all our Jack Daniels and Woodford Reserve Barrel Picks, the man that is driving Australia's connection to Lynchburg, one sip at a time. But if you don't know him from that he was also on the iconic episode of Whiskefy "The Jack Off: The Extra Blessing" where we tasted 12 Jack Daniels Barrel Strengths blind to pick the winner ... MR ANDY TSAI.
We sit and shoot the shit about all things new with Jack Daniels, a lot more brand events for the people that hold Jack Daniels to the highest standard and talk about it every day - the true Tennessee Squires.
We also sneak in our first experiences with whiskies and how we all fell in love with that delicious spirit.

Whipper Snapper - The Spirit of Exploration with Jimmy Mckeown
This week on Non Chill Filtered, Jez sat down with Jimmy Mckeown, the founder of Whipper Snapper Distillery, one of the OG pioneers of Corn Based Distillate in Australia. He takes us through the history of Whipper Snapper, early days of crowd funding a seed round at a barbeque to taking home awards on an international stage.
We chat all things distillery, the amazing charity work for veterans that Whipper Snapper host, core and boujee releases plus everything upcoming so it really lifts the lid on what is to come from this small Perth distillery.

Farming Better Whisky with Rhianna Lucas - Makers Mark Diplomat Australia & New Zealand
We are back for another week in the Whiskefy's Dram Cave - I called up my good friend Rhi to share a dram and talk all things Makers Mark hours before she set off to the other side of the world.

Around The World With Darren Peck - Distiller at Morris Whisky
On this weeks episode of Non Chill Filtered, I was lucky enough to have Darren Peck, the distiller from Morris Whisky. Darren is one of only a handful of distillers that have distilled in *almost* every continent (anyone need a distiller in Antarctica?).
Darren takes the wheel as he guides us through his distilling journeys all over the globe, shares some tales to which our final stop is at Morris Whisky, where he calls home. We touch on the upcoming projects from Morris and how they used a platform like Sydney Whisky Month to get a group of whisky nuts together to select their FIRST SINGLE BARREL.

We cover Owain's origin story and what led him to being Australia's go to guy for vintage spirits. We taste through some crazy vintages and deep dive into what made them special for the time.
