Hayek Program for Advanced Study in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. He has worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at New York University, where he was affiliated with the Program on the Foundations of the Market Economy. He earned his PhD in economics from George Mason University. His research focuses on self-governance, civil liberties, and the militarization of U.S. border policies.
