2017年3月、外務省「日中国交正常化45 周年」「日中平和友好条約締結40周年」事業に認定され4月に番組スタート。アジアを代表する２大都市、東京・上海のヒットミュージックとポップカルチャーを紹介する1時間のラジオプログラムです。中国大手のメディアグループ、SMG（上海メディアグループ）の都市型音楽チャンネル〈動感101〉（地上波FM放送）とJFNの共同制作でAudeeでもダイジェスト版を展開中。2020年3月、内閣府「クールジャパン・マッチングアワード2019」にて奨励賞を受賞。
