<p><strong>“Lukten av fisk er lukten av penger”, sies det.</strong></p><p> Og ofte blir jo laksenæringen knyttet til rikdom; det er mye penger i omløp, og mange har nok et inntrykk av næringen "har råd til alt" og at det er så mye penger at man ikke klarer å bruke de opp.</p><br><p>Men er det egentlig sånn?</p><br><p>Hva gjør økonomiavdelingen i et selskap som Nordlaks, og hva er økonomi i havbruk, annet enn penger og grunnrenteskatt? For vi lever jo også i en urolig verden, med usikkerhet, internasjonale markeder og store svingninger. Og da handler økonomi om langt mer enn bare hvor mye penger man tjener.
