Eggs Benedict for Mother's Day

I started this project as an assignment for a Podcasting class in my senior year of college. When starting the project back up I decided to rerelease the original episodes because I wanted my audience and myself to be able to see the evolution of my experimentation with audio storytelling.

This episode was assigned for my final project in my podcasting class as a sort of trailer for what I hoped the show would become if I chose to continue. Since making this episode I have become inspired by more podcasts to play with more formats so this will not necessarily be the format of all future episodes. As I continue to learn and grow in my storytelling style, my episode formats will evolve with me.

Egg's Benedict is a family tradition and a personal favorite. This episode features my mother, Leah Glickman, who makes this recipe every year for Mother's Day.
