Seniority

Burnout
El síndrome de desgaste profesional o "burnout" es un estado de agotamiento mental, emocional y físico descrito por primera vez en 1969. Es en enero de 2022 que entrará oficialmente como enfermedad en la Organización Mundial de la Salud. - ¿Es inevitable estar quemado en algún momento durante nuestra carrera profesional? - ¿Existen alertas que no debemos ignorar para poder detectarlo a tiempo? - ¿Es lo mismo estar quemado que desmotivado? En este episodio, Diana Aceves, Jorge Barrachina, Félix López y yo, compartimos nuestras experiencias propias y también ajenas de personas en nuestro sector lidiando con el "burnout".
