Raya shares two personal situations where influential people in her life doubted her, and explains how those moments offered her the perfect opportunity to go all-in on herself and her truth. Episode 07: Not Afraid Live My Truth
Listen if you’ve ever been ghosted. Today Raya and Brooke peel back the layers of social conditioning to uncover what it means to be "yourself." Brooke shares her journey of moving from "considering" perceptions to a place of total internal clarity, while Raya recounts a season of losing several close friends and the surprising lessons and peace that time offered her. From the concept of "Ego Hooks" to the addictive nature of victimhood, this conversation is a masterclass in radical self-honesty. Episode 03: Not Afraid to Leave Them On Read
Listen if your ex is in your DMs. In this spicy episode, Raya shares a recent experience of being invited on a walk by a past lover and the subsequent conversation it sparked with her partner. The duo explores the "energy bodies" behind the screen and why we often feel the need to provide lengthy explanations when a simple "no" is enough. Brooke challenges the societal pressure to be the "cool, nice girl" who stays friends with everyone, offering her perspective on how remaining connected to exes can actually be a form of self-sabotage that keeps us anchored in the past. Whether it’s navigating a partner's past relationships or deciding which texts get a response, this episode is about the power of choosing your integrity over past loyalty. Episode 02: Not Afraid to be Content
Listen if you feel short on time. In this episode, Raya and Brooke explore a paradox that many high-achieving, "fiery" women face: How do you balance deep ambition with true contentment? We often view contentment as the enemy of progress, fearing that if we are satisfied with where we are, we will lose our drive to create. Brooke and Raya challenge this narrative, proposing that contentment is actually the fuel for more impactful, intentional action. The conversation dives into the physical and spiritual rhythms of the body, discussing how honoring our natural cycles, rather than pushing through them with sheer will, changes our entire experience of life. From the "dopamine hit" of busyness to the fear of being "bored," this episode asks us to look at what we are running from and what we might find if we finally allow ourselves to be still.
