Join Ben and Justin as they go back to our roots and shoutout the best role players at every club in 2026. Think unsung heroes who don't get the spotlight in the national media. You know, the Sam Berry and Harvey Thomas types of the world.
And once that's ticked off, the boys play a fun little exercise we're calling the 'List Management Lie Detector'. Taking at look at the three clubs with the longest rebuilds ahead of them, they discuss whether Essendon, Richmond and West Coast are tracking well, or if they're simply kidding themselves.

North Melbourne are giving Nick Blakey an $11 million contract, so where do we sit with that? Join Ben and Matt on this week's pod as they discuss the now ex-Swan's move to Arden Street, give some shoutouts to the AFLW pride guernseys, and go a little stir crazy with the oversaturation of AFL trade content (which, by the way, we're completely aware of the irony that we're contributing to, so don't bother pointing that out!).

That's RIDICULOUS! Fun chats about trade period, why sponsored awards suck, and holding ourselves accountable
It's silly season! And as is only fitting, our boys are getting a bit silly.
Join Ben and Justin as they play a fun game of That's True, That Might Be True, or That's Ridiculous.
