Jerome and Brian had never seen this before and is known as one of the better sequels to a horror classic. The Exorcist II is one of the all time worst movies. So much so Jerome will never watch it nor will he have to. The Exorcist III (1990) is a direct sequel to the original and knowing nothing about the second film is totally ok as they are not connected. There is a director's cut that Brian also watched but he much prefers the theatrical cut. This movie has such an influence in horror that it's actually getting a direct sequel written and directed by Mike Flannigan.

Jerome and Brian decided to watch Psycho 2 & 3 (a first time watch for Jerome) since Jerome is the bigger fan of Psycho than Brian is. Psycho 2 is actually a good movie in its own right and has an interesting cast that do a good job supporting Anthony Perkins. However when Perkins takes over as director for Psycho 3, it appears the franchise starts to lose its luster and just simply lean into the slasher type feature of the 80's. Luckily there both 90 minutes which is the perfect runtime for a horror movie.

The Right Match: Tremors 2 (1996) & A Tribute to PAC
This month's Right Match will not have a correlation this time as Jerome and Brian decided to watch two PAC matches as a tribute to him. It's also October, which means it's scary movie season. They decided to focus on horror sequels this year since the genre is known for having so many based from their originals. Brian suggested "Tremors 2" from 1996 since they watched Tremors (1990) years ago. It's actually quite the hit on VHS back in the day.
