In 2022, my big sister Robin died of cirrhosis after hiding her alcoholism so well that we were caught off guard by her death. This prompted me to start the NEWWD movement (great anagram, isn't it?). A place to bring a little insight with a touch of humor to humans over 50 through stories and information about wellness, sobriety, life, love, and loss.
