職場上的某一種文化 | 欺凌文化
<p>欺凌 霸凌 係一個好嚴重嘅問題。 </p> <p>但你唔好以為只係在學時會出現，畢左業就無事？今次就特別想講下就算係投身社會，踏入職場，欺凌文化都時有發生。好多時，當時人會話「我講笑啫，你唔玩得呀？」Sorry 真係唔好笑，其實永遠只得欺凌者覺得好笑。</p> <p>今次就想記底曾經係職場遇到嘅欺凌者，唔好話咁大個人，一個玩笑都唔開得，但帶有侮辱嘅話笑，我點解要聽；帶有攻擊嘅玩笑，我點解要承受 ；帶有欺凌嘅言語，我點解要忍左佢。我係返工，唔係俾你侮辱、攻擊、欺凌！</p>

工作上的某一種上司 | 舉棋不定 左搖右擺
<p>個個都拍拖，唔通個個都想拍拖咩。個個做上司，唔通個個都識做上司咩。</p> <p>真係唔好以為個個上司都一定有領導能力，領導能力唔係一種學識，唔係空口講白話，而係講有無遠見、有無決策方向、有無諗法、下刪一萬字⋯⋯ 係職場上遇到夾到嘅好上司真係同中六合彩一樣，萬一遇著舉棋不定、左搖右擺、浮過浮雲嘅上司 ，身為下屬，係不忿，係痛苦，但唯有一邊不忿一邊諗方法令到自己人生易過啲，一係就唔撈嘅啫。</p> <p>今次係到分享我遇過嘅呢種上司，希望警醒自己，然後繼續返埋位做野囉。</p>
