This episode is long overdue, I am sorry for the big break between this episode and the last ones. I have been working on practicing what I preach! I decided to talk about what progress looks like and the barriers that come up and how we can overcome them. I chose to put a raw discussion I had with myself at the end of the episode to show some authenticity in what I talk about here. Please do not feel pressured to listen to the end, but if you feel up for it I hope you can learn something from it in yourself or in me.

This week I discussed all things grounding and motivating. I shared some of my own experiences of the week before and gave you some tools for motivating yourself and keeping yourself present. I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I did!

Recording this episode ended up being a bit of a disaster, the audio isn't great, I had to record it twice as the recording completely failed the first time but it's okay! I am learning! Today I talked about having a safe base, what that looks like to me, how it makes me feel and hopefully it'll inspire you to consider what your safe base is and how you could develop yours/create yours. I hope you manage to get to the end, if you have, well done and thank you!
