Then your world is turned upside down when on a family holiday you are told you have a sister. This is a shock, but not entirly an unwelcome one, so you start to do a search with a DNA company.... and yes you do find your sister, but not the one you set out to find. Today I’ll be joining by author and NJC contributor Kaylie Kay as we chat to Karen McLeod about her new book 'Lifting Off'. Karen has had some excellent reviews in the national media regarding her book, so Not Just Crew wanted to dip a little bit deeper about the book and her background as cabin crew for a long haul airline in the 1990s. Karen tells us about her early years in the airlines and how it shaped her future self.
