Ep 3. The Awkward Silence. Where I've been and Where The Hell I'm Going

Wheeeew gracious. This one is a doozy. This one's longer than my usual... but I guess I had a lot to say. In episode 3 we'll talk about where the heck I've been this last 5 weeks. My goal when I started this podcast was to have brave conversations out in the light, about stories that went against societal norms that people considered taboo to discuss... so today I'm leading by example. Lets get serious af about where I've been and the roll my recurring battle with depression has played in my absence. We'll talk all things phases and stages of depression, in a way I never have before in hopes to help those maneuvering through life with mental health challenges. The good. The bad. The better days ahead. See you there!
