So playing with them, it's like we have really good chemistry, I'd say. Pretty much, as long as I can remember, there's been Sparrows Lab graduates in the Charlton Athletic First team. So it must be really motivational when you are a young player to know that If you get your end of the bargain right, there will be opportunities for you.
