Or maybe your neighbor had to murder somebody? Well... the government might try and appoint someone to do it so you don't have to, but what if the government vanished. The next step is to assume anarchy, with murderers deciding that they will be the ones doing the murdering. We also freestyle a little, and talk about the Chinese government, which is not to say anything bad about the Chinese themselves, only about the government that just so happens to be ruling in China. The Chinese are awesome, but the government sucks a little sometimes, but hey, so does every government!
