<p>Verbunden haben sich die Leipziger Autorinnen und Autoren von Kinder-und Jugendbüchern schon immer gefühlt, doch nun haben sie sich auch ganz offiziell zusammengetan. Seit diesem Jahr gibt es den Verein Junges Literaturbüro und sein Programm kann sich schon sehen lassen. Viele Lesungen haben sie schon organisiert und auch das erste Kinderbuchfestival „Festlesen!“ hat schon stattgefunden, mit vielen begeisterte Besuchern. „In Leipzig war immer schon Welt unterwegs“. Stephanie Jacobs im Gespräch
<p>Der Börsenverein des Deutschen Buchhandels feiert in diesem Jahr seinen 200. Geburtstag. 1825 in Leipzig gegründet, ist er heute der älteste Branchenverband Europas. Aus diesem Anlass haben Stephanie Jacobs, Direktorin des Deutschen Buch-und Schriftmuseums in Leipzig, und Christine Haug, Sprecherin des Zentrums für Buchwissenschaft in München, ein Buch herausgegeben, das die Geschichte des Börsenvereins nachzeichnet. „Zwischen Zeilen und Zeiten“ will dabei eine „andere“ Geschichte des Verbandes erzählen. In kurzen Kapiteln geht es auf die großen Linien ein, aber auch auf besondere Menschen, Details und Anekdoten. In dieser Podcastfolge erzählt Stephanie Jacobs von 200 wechselvollen Jahren, in denen der Börsenverein sich immer sowohl der wirtschaftlichen als auch der kulturellen Seite der Buchbranche verpflichtet fühlte.</p>
