A transition like retirement, caregiving, or a career shift can leave you wondering who you are without your old responsibilities. Identity can expand, and a new season does not erase the impact of the one before it.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Self-care can be practical and personal. It does not have to look fancy to matter. For Stefoni, routines, movement, reading, gardening, and creative time all help her stay grounded, and that is a good reminder that self-care works best when it actually fits your life.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">You do not have to do it perfectly to do it well.
