[…] I've very rarely ever seen that ever be issued unless it's some crazy procedural mistake that they didn't follow the process in the mortgage. So really the only way if you wanna retain your home and you're not able to pay in full is by filing a chapter 13 bankruptcy, which we do a lot for clients. which basically provides that if you're behind on your mortgage, you can pay the arrearage over up to a five-year period, and you have to continue to make your regular monthly mortgage payment. I mean, we've saved so many homes in the last year because of this. And the one thing I will tell you is with 100% certainty, a Chapter 3 will do it. […]
